What we put into our bodies makes a HUGE difference in how we Feel and Live our lives.

 

The food we eat obviously plays an incredibly important role in how we feel and how healthy our physical body is. But if we want to feel our best and avoid sickness as much as possible, we also want to jump on the supplement bandwagon!

The first week of this New Year, starting with New Year’s Eve, I had a pretty intense cold and flu– knocking me off my feet and requiring me to cancel several engagements I’d been looking forward to. 

 

“No more getting sick!” I told myself. “I must boost my immune system so this doesn’t happen again!!”

 

So what did I do? I reached out to my wonderful Facebook community, of course! I asked for their most powerful natural & holistic tips to boost my immunity. I received TONS of great tips and feedback, so I figured I’d share the wealth of knowledge with you!

Dee’s Secret Magic Brew: (Though not so secret anymore! Muahaha!)

“I never measure anything…add to your taste. All these ingredients have amazing benefits:

Bring to a boil:

Bone broth (store bought if needed)
Cayenne pepper
Himalayan Pink sea salt
Turmeric
Garlic
Ginger
Oregano

Note: That is the base. I add things depending on how I feel….usually kale, spinach, noodles (for substance). I also sometimes do a Mix of carrots, onions and celery first.”
